Asparagus-Potato Hash with Goat Cheese and Eggs
Crispy potatoes sautéed with tender asparagus and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. A hearty, wholesome hash that’s simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of day.

[Salt & Pepper Wings]
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry and toss in a bowl with the olive oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper (and baking powder, if using) and toss well.
Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Sprinkle with more salt and pepper if you like, and garnish with chopped parsley.
[Italian Salad in a Jar]
Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing into a wide-mouth mason jar, then layer in the avocado, cucumber, tomato, and pepperoncini. Top with the spinach and lettuce, and seal.
Don't shake until ready to eat. Keeps in the fridge, sealed, for up to 3 days.
