Asparagus-Potato Hash with Goat Cheese and Eggs
Crispy potatoes sautéed with tender asparagus and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. A hearty, wholesome hash that’s simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of day.

[Buffalo Wings]
Add the fresh (not frozen) chicken wings to the slow cooker. Pour the hot sauce over them, then lay the butter on top.
Cover and cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours, until cooked through and the meat is falling off the bone. Keep the lid on the whole time — opening it lets heat escape and slows the cooking.
Preheat your oven's broiler. Transfer the wings to a foil-lined baking sheet, leaving the sauce behind in the slow cooker.
Broil for a few minutes per side, until crisp and browned.
Pour off all but about a cup of the sauce from the slow cooker, then return the wings to the pot and toss to coat. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery and carrot sticks, and a sprinkle of green onion if you like.
[Unwedged Salad in a Jar]
Layer the salad ingredients into a jar in the order listed, packing the lettuce in firmly at the top. Seal and refrigerate for up to 3 to 5 days.
To eat, empty the jar into a bowl, toss well, and enjoy.
