About Us
Meal Prep Mama is the culmination of My Mama’s love of food and cooking, being a Mama and knowing the challenge of healthy meal prep, and my desire to serve other Mamas in my community! Even better, every order helps feed children facing food insecurity in our country!
I prep and deliver healthy, homemade, gluten free and mostly organic (as much as possible based on availability) meals. Weekly menus consist of 5 meal options each serving 2 or 4. If there is a meal that doesn’t suit your family you can double up on another!
Delivery area is Western Suburbs of Chicago. We serve Hinsdale, La Grange, Western Springs, Westmont, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Clarendon Hills, and the surrounding suburbs. Check out our FAQ section for more info on our meals and delivery options.
