Meal Prep Mama is the culmination of my mama's love of food and cooking, being a mama and knowing the challenge of healthy meal prep, and my desire to serve other mamas in my community.
My story
I started when other moms asked me to prep for them after our group meal-prep sessions. What began as a favor grew into a business serving families across the western suburbs.
